Joyce Colson Biography

Joyce handles mission critical business and technology legal matters for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Joyce practiced law in a leading Houston law firm, as in-house counsel with a Fortune 500 company and, best of all, as a partner in Colson Quinn for over 15 years.

She  is recognized for her expertise in technology transactions and in negotiating with large global companies. She’s taught seminars to thousands of business people on entrepreneurial issues and negotiations. Clients appreciate her devotion, her passion in helping businesses succeed and her plain spoken, pragmatic approach to complex legal issues.
